Tee Wey Lih
Business Director
Wey Lih is the founding director of Learning Space. He is a Chartered Accountant and one of the leading licensed insolvency practitioners in Singapore.
Wey Lih is also the director of Acres Advisory. Acres Advisory provides consultancy on financial advisory, restructuring, and corporate recovery services. As an expert advisor to enterprises and business stakeholders at different phases of the business cycle, he has more than 20 years of regional experience in the field of financial advisory and corporate turnaround. He provides strategic advice on investment entry including sourcing of opportunities, due diligence, structuring and negotiation; post-deal advisory including interim monitoring and management, restructuring and corporate governance; and development and implementation of exit strategies for investors. He has worked with companies in Malaysia, Indonesia, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Singapore; and has extensive industry experience in numerous sectors including property development, telecommunications, hotels, retail, distribution, manufacturing and construction.
Wey Lih holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Nanyang Technological University.
Tan Zilin
Operations Director
Zilin is the Operations Director at Learning Space. With more than 18 years of experience leading teams in operational areas of client servicing, business operations and administration, she has international exposure with companies in the hospitality industry across Asia Pacific, Greater China, Middle East and Europe.
Prior to setting up Learning Space with Wey Lih, Zilin was a senior manager at a global training and consultancy firm. She was responsible for a customer success team managing client services and training operations including platform integration, client onboarding, training implementations and program management. During her service period, she also set up the regional office for the organization in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Helming the operations overseas, she successfully established consistent corporate processes for the company throughout Asia Pacific, recruiting and training up a competent team to oversee operations for the regional arm of the company .
Zilin holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University. Always a keen advocate of learning, Zilin believes in the development and advancement of individuals in their personal and career paths through continuous learning, making it an essential part of life both in the personal and professional space.
